As our IT Support Trainee, you will become an important part of our IT Operations & Support team. Here you will find 7 competent and helpful colleagues. Together, we are responsible for supporting our 280+ colleagues and 80+ stores across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. Tasks vary from readying- and setting up workplace and store equipment, resetting passwords, to different exciting development projects. We receive and answer support requests via our Ticket system, via phone, or directly from and to colleagues at the office. Besides daily support tasks, you will have the opportunity to seek out related tasks that fits your interests, competences, and your learning needs. It could be purchasing of IT equipment, user education, or participation in a development project within our team – we will make sure that you get the chance to grow and learn. We are quite good at that. 

The job 

  • Daily IT support for colleagues at our Aarhus and Stockholm office + all stores across Scandinavia 
  • Installing, setting up and maintenance of Windows PC, Mac, applications such as Navision and Office365, and hardware such as payment terminals, screens, and printers 
  • Administration of users and licenses in, among other things, AD, Office365, and self-made solutions
  • Documentation of work performed including creating guides if they do not already exist 
  • Participate in our rostering system every 4-5 weeks (Mondays to Fridays until 18.30, Saturdays, and on rare occasions Sundays, from 9-15.30) 

Your profile 

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant education – any experience with IT Support is a plus 
  • You get excited by the opportunity to help colleagues and solve their IT related problems and deliver a great customer experience. Our colleagues are our customers 
  • You are flexible and can work independently and structured 
  • You write and speak Danish and English on a professional level – language proficiency in either Norwegian or Swedish is a plus
