At Gram Equipment, we are looking for our next HR Trainee (kontorelev) to join our HR team in Kolding. This is a 2-year trainee program that provides hands-on experience in HR administration, systems, and processes—while building a strong foundation for a future career in HR.

Your role

As an HR Trainee, you will join our HR team and support daily HR operations while developing your competencies through a structured training program.

You will work with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks and gradually take on more responsibility as you learn.

Your main tasks

• Support daily HR administration across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain and update employee data in our HR systems (HR-On)
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HR processes
• Support coordination of meetings, calendars, and internal activities
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
• Prepare presentations, documents, and internal communication
• Support reception tasks (e.g., phone, visitors, general inquiries)

Throughout the program, you will also participate in school periods and internal rotations, giving you exposure to areas such as payroll, finance, and HR systems.

• Is comfortable working with IT systems and digital tools
• Is service-minded and enjoys interacting with people
• Is proactive and takes responsibility for your tasks
• Includes interacting on everyday basis with internal and external HR stakeholders

Your skills

• Interest in HR administration and processes
• Comfortable working with IT systems (e.g., HRIS, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in Danish and English
