Based on market and customer needs, Power Solutions develops and integrates up-to-date, high quality, innovative products, technologies, and services with focus on minimizing Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). Process Excellence is responsible for business process management and LEAN in Vestas Power Solutions. Bringing continuous improvements initiatives - from Product Management, Project Execution and Product Development to industrialization of our products and services.
