We are looking for motivated and skilled interns to join our Global Finance department in Aarhus. As an intern you will be working with committed and knowledgeable colleagues, where you will be involved in projects to develop and implement innovative practices and great business partnering. You will join Global Finance Aarhus which consists of two overall teams with the focus of being financial business partners to various areas of the business such as: 

• Procurement 
• Manufacturing 
• Quality 
• Power Solutions/Product Development/Product Costing 
• Supply Chain and Transport 
• Business Development'

Responsibility 

As an intern in Global Finance, you will be responsible for 

• Business analysis 
• Financial controlling tasks 
• Supervision on minor projects 
• Supporting the business on day-to-day tasks 
• Improving the business together with stakeholders outside finance 
• You should expect a fast-moving environment with many dedicated finance colleagues, and you are expected to contribute with theoretical knowledge and be able to deliver in a practical context 

Qualifications 

To qualify as an Intern in Global Finance, you need to 

• Live in Denmark 
• Be enrolled at a Danish university 
• Study a master's degree within Finance, Management Accounting Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a similar relevant line of study 

Competencies 

To be an Intern in Global Finance you need to have the following competences 

• You have a solid enthusiasm for numbers including an investigative and solution-oriented mindset 
• You are acting with a collaborative and open approach 
• You can meet deadlines and work well in a time-sensitive situation 
• You have a great willingness to learn as well as work in a complex and progressive environment 
• You are proactive

The Internship is full time and will start in Autumn 2022. We imagine that the internship will start mid-August or early September and finish before the Christmas holidays. We will plan the final duration and hours according to your studies. Following a completed internship, the possibility for thesis collaboration combined with a student worker position is considered a natural next step. You will join an international environment where you will get to work with various stakeholders globally and promote the sustainability agenda. You will gain an insight into the work of finance and be part of a motivated team with professional work ethics and a good social spirit. The internship is unpaid (You will have paid lunch and potentially get reimbursement for some of your transportation costs).
