Supply Chain Trainee

As our new Supply Chain Trainee, you will become part of our ambitious Logistics unit in our Supply Chain department. You will have a wide range of contacts with both our external suppliers and internal partners across the organisation. You will undergo a well organised practically oriented education, where the responsibility grows with your abilities, knowledge, and practical experience. You will get to work side by side with committed Logistics Specialists who will help and advise you in your daily work.

The Job

• Coordination of daily operations in collaboration with our distribution partners
• Answering customer inquiries - internal and external - by email and telephone
• Order processing in our ERP system, Navision
• Development and optimization of processes in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Reconcile received invoices with received goods in stock and match complaint cases with attachments in our system (EDI).

Your Profile

• You are looking for a traineeship and ready to enroll in a relevant education
• You have a flair for numbers, knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest in acquiring new skills
• You work proactively and welcome new challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
• You are flexible and can work independently and structured
• You write and speak Danish on a professional level and can communicate in English – language proficiency in either Norwegian or Swedish is a plus
