Business support apprentice – To the most international company in the world!

We are looking for a new Business support apprentice to join our Business support team in our Hub located at Copenhagen Airport. The Performance & Business Support team supports our business of +450 employees, a number that will grow over the next few years, in our brand new facility we just moved into in 2023. So are you eager to join one of the biggest companies in the world? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

You will play an important role in the Performance & Business Support Team where you will be working together with ten dedicated colleagues. You will work with a broad range of tasks within Health & Safety, purchase support, auditing, and performance management reporting. Your curiosity and passion for learning drive you, and then we’ll do our best to provide you with a well-equipped toolbox of continuous improvement tools.

This will help you in your work with both data analysis and reporting leading to our ICCC (Insanely Centric Customer Centricity) actions and processes. You will be involved in the end-2-end process where you will be working to identify potential performance improvements in our business areas. Therefore you must have an interest in process optimization. The required training will be provided, and the Performance and Business Support team will always be here to support you.

To work at DHL, you will have to present a clean police record.

YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Your sense of structure and process innovation will help you in navigating a changing environment. Your ability to change focus when incidents occur quickly will help you in adapting to business needs. You will use your analytical skills to understand data, and you are not afraid to ask questions and challenge views to get a deeper understanding of an issue. Your collaborative skills will come into play when interacting and cooperating with managers and employees at all levels in the organization to clarify the potential for improvement in the business processes. Your accommodating and humble approach will help you navigate in an international environment where communication in both English and Danish comes naturally to you. You are a capable IT user with a great interest in data stratification and visualization. You easily acquire new IT skills, just like it is the most natural thing for you to work with MS Office applications.

You have finished HHX, STX, or similar and have previous work experience. Experience from staying abroad is an advantage as well.
